Suzie and Rory did an outstanding job making the selling and buying process flawless! They were very supportive and knowledgeable along the way and made sure we had everything we needed for a successful closing on both sales. They were so professional, always available when we had questions and you could just tell how much they cared! This was our second time working with them as they helped us purchase our first home back in 2021. Fantastic!! Top notch. They are definitely the best and super professional. We had several properties in Ponte Vedra and thanks to Suzie and Rory we got them all at the very best price. In any real estate transaction could be stressful piece but they manage to smooth things out each time.

Had the pleasure of working with Suzie on both the purchase and sale of a rental home in Ponte Vedra Beach. Suzie guided us through an out-of-state purchase helping us to isolate areas and obtain a home in an extremely hot market. She also helped us find a renter for our home. At the end of the lease period, she listed and instantly had a cash buyer for our home. Wish we could give her more than 5 stars!
