Jackie is a friendly and engaging woman of God who demonstrates the love of Christ in everything she does. Her understanding of the Charleston area real estate market was extremely helpful to us because we are currently living in Massachusetts seeking housing in Charleston, South Carolina. We would not have been able to purchase our home in Charleston, SC without Jackie's assistance. She was easily accessible through phone calls ,emails and text messages.We would highly recommend her.

I believe my daughter may have summed it up best below as I will simply expand a bit. Jackie is a true professional who represents the definition of what being a Realtor is all about. Prior to meeting Jackie I had a conversation or two with different Realtors in the area to where they simply plugged us into a database that electronically sent notification of each and every single property listed. No interaction, no personal touch, no thought. We were simply treated as some sort of "order" from an "order taker" and I guess expected to reach back out if something came across our email we were interested in. The experience with Jackie was completely different. Simply summed up as "She cared and We mattered". As tough as it is finding properties in Charleston, Jackie was positive 100% of the way. I admit I was down, I felt as I/We were wasting Jackie's time in that we would not find anything along the lines of our "specific" criteria. It was Jackie that remained positive, she reminded me of what her job as a Realtor was and to not give up. Sure enough the dream was then realized, reinforced though all of the positive thought and direction. I will forever speak of how incredible the experience was working with Jackie. I have connected a few friends with her as I am a firm believer that "a referral" is the highest complement one may receive in the Real Estate world. She has given our family something that we never thought would materialize and we will be forever grateful. When looking for representation that considers your needs/wants, that listens, assesses and is truly out to build on a relationship, Jackie Bean would be my choice every time. Hard to find that in todays Real Estate world.

Our family had some unique requests regarding location in a very difficult market. And Suzy and Jackie stepped up and found us the house we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted! They walked with us through the negotiation process and advised us with their extensive knowledge all along the way. If you are looking for agents that are willing to take the extra step, then Suzy and Jackie are your team!

Jackie is extremely professional, polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area around Isle of Palms. She spent a lot of time with us , showing us numerous places until we found the right home. She represented our interests and followed through on every detail. An excellent agent!

Suzy is very knowledgeable, organized, and conscientious. She made what can all too easily become very painstaking a great experience and I could not be more pleased with the outcome.
