It's easy enough to sum up our experience with her; when we notified Tammy of rodents in our rental she wrote back "it's that time of year." We were able to get out of the lease because Tammy decided to rent to more people than the maximum occupancy of the home allowed under the rental license. I recommend you do not rent with Tammy.

This was my first time working with Tammy and she exceeded our expectations ten fold. Being this was my first home purchase, I did not know the process very well. Tammy guided my wife and I through each step and made sure we were well aware of all the details before making any decisions. We couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out and we will definitely be working with her again in the future.

I have worked with Tammy to buy two homes and sell one. As I was selling my home, she did a great job of following up with potential buyers. When my house did sell, she went above and beyond to help get the deal completed by meeting contractors, helping get estimates and helping to finalize the terms. As I was buying, she also went above and beyond, helping to get all the conditions met, to the point she met contractors and picked up the Radon tester. I had a very short time to find a property for the second one I was purchasing, Tammy made time to help me find a place I love! I definitely recommend her as she is honest, trustworthy and will do what is needed to help you through this process.

Tammy was great to work with, always provided great expertise in times of conflict, and gave exceptional knowledge of task at hand. We worked through many issues, and I never thought the direction we were taking was risky.
