I have known and worked with Dave and Kelly since 2007. They have partnered with me on the sale and purchase of several homes. The relationship you develop with them is rare because they truly listen and advise through many years of experience and knowledge, but they also listen with their hearts. Their energy and drive is fiercely fun. They fit like a nice glass of wine sitting in a comfortable chair beside a fire pit. Dave and Kelly were super knowledgeable about helping my wife and I understand the Delano area housing market. They were always there for us when ever we had a question.
