Tammy was great to work with! She was very responsive and knows the local market well. As first-time homebuyers, she walked us through the process, and we did not feel pressured by her to put in a quick offer on any of the houses we saw. I appreciated that she would point out potential issues with any house we looked at so we had a realistic view of any renovations that might be needed. She was on vacation when we put in our offer but she still did what she needed to do to get our offer in and accepted. On closing day, our house was unexpectedly left a mess and Tammy was great in negotiating with the seller to recover some extra cleaning costs.

Tammy helped us buy our first home in 2019 then helped us sell that home and buy our second home in 2022! She was amazing, responsive, knowledgeable, and did everything she could to get us the best possible deals and homes. We would absolutely recommend her!

Working with Tammy Schneider was 15 out of 10 - absolutely amazing! Tammy went above and beyond (as I’m positive she does with all of her clients) and truly made us feel like our needs were a first priority! She made the selling process so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. Tammy was always available for home tours and her responsiveness was incredible. When we found the home of our dreams, Tammy was reachable at all hours of the day to work on our offer. She helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer (even as a contingent offer)!! I was so impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. I will absolutely work with Tammy again in the future and always recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home! Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and great energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. When I am looking to buy or sell again I will not hesitate to call Tammy Schneider!

I worked with Tammy 6 years ago to find my first home. It was a great experience and we had so much fun finding the perfect home. 6 years later, it was time to sell and Tammy did not disappoint. Tammy was available and ready to help at every step in the home selling process. He response time to text messages and phone calls was excellent. Tammy’s experience was very apparent as she advised us on price setting and terms. Her negotiation skills were impressive as well and our home sold in 24 hours!! She truly cares about her clients and remains available to help even after the sale of the home. I am So glad I found Tammy!!!

Tammy helped us find our perfect home! She really was easy to talk to and thought outside the box in terms of locations we would be interested in. So many nuances with looking and buying a new home and she seemed to know them all.
