Great realtor! I live over 90 miles away from the land I sold and she handled the sale without any issues. I got the purchase price close to what I wanted. She was on top of things with negotiations and closing running smoothly. Highly recommend!!!

When we were looking to buy a house with property, after dealing with several agents who never responded to emails, called us back, or never made the offer and we lost a place we really wanted - we were ready to give up. We located another place outside of Hillsboro, and after calling several agents - Tammy was the only one to return my call. And I am glad she did - she was a God send! She is honest, intelligent, her knowledge and expertise are spot-on and she doesn't take "no" for an answer. If it can be done, Tammy will get it done. She is pleasant to be around, always smiling and always positive. We were blessed to have met her and had her as our agent. I highly recommend Tammy as the agent to go to for all of your real estate needs.

Tammy's office is located just outside the entrance of the Resort making it convenient for buyers and sellers. She owns property on the Resort so is well informed of what's happening. She is easy to work with and very friendly.
