Cherie made the buying process enjoyable. She was knowledgeable and always available when I had questions about the sale of my home, which she was not involved in or the purchase of my new home. I would definitely recommend her services if you’d like an agent that has a care to find the home you’re looking for.

Today was a wonderful realtor for me I was in a unique situation just came out of a divorce didn’t know who to trust and my property was in bed repair she gave me recommendations on how to get it in shape to sell found the right buyer for me and worked out all the kinks and she also found us our dream home I am so grateful for cherry and I know we will be friends forever after this highly recommend her very personable and won’t answer her phone the matter what time of night it is

Being a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns. I didn't have the slightest clue about how the home buying process works before I started shopping for a home. Cherie helped me find a home that I fell in love with, and thoroughly but simply explained the entire buying process. She guided me through the whole process without me having to do much work at all. She handled everything she could with the seller and mortgage company to make sure my needs were met. I loved working with her and knew I could trust her immediately. I never once felt like she would tell me any wrong information regardless of who it would benefit. Even if you are a very busy person, she will answer your call at anytime of the day or respond as quickly as possible. She even offered to drive to my work if I needed to sign papers. She was a pleasure to work with and if needed, I would definitely enjoy working with her again. I would recommend her to anyone in the area that is planning on buying a home.

- Cherie was absolutely amazing in all that she did for helping me get this home! From the first contact concerning purchase and all of the way through the closing and after, she went above and beyond all that is needed for a REAL estate agent to do! It went through perfectly. From the initial offer and through the negotiations, Cherie was there to help in every way! I never had a problem with any questions I had, with scheduling or being kept in the loop with clear and concise communications. From beginning to end, this is the best experience I've ever had for a home purchase!
