Disappointed. She presents as a confident knowledgeable agent. Much to my chagrin I feel this lady was mostly concerned with the monetary incentive. To date I have spent 15k in “gotchas.” I used a home inspection company that she recommended and they missed major concerns. She seemed to be working on behalf of the seller. Key points I asked her to address were answered with “Sellers agent refuses to talk to me.” But after closing she had sellers details and telephone numbers. Consider this review but go with your gut.

Every interaction with Tanesa was very professional. She was always prompt with responding to our questions. She was very committed to ensure we understood the process, as first time sellers, from start to finish. I really appreciate her guidance to a successful sell.
