Like a lot of people these days, we considered selling our home as a FSBO, or listing it on Zillow ourselves and even considered larger agencies on the coast to list it since they might have more resources. In the end we felt that Tangie would know our market the best and would be the most capable seller representative and most responsive to potential buyers questions and needs. Holy Cow!!! She exceeded every expectation throughout the record-breaking process and essentially sold our home in three hours!!! How the heck did she do that!? She encouraged us to finish out various needed repairs and guided us in presenting our home in the best light. She worked closely with a pre-qualified buyer—no tire kickers here—and Tangie helped guide us all through the negotiating and escrow processes. I am so glad we did not try to sell our house ourselves in an attempt to save some money on commissions. How many times would I have had to clean my house, leave work and open my home to a stranger? And maybe they show up, maybe they don’t. How many times could the deal have unraveled just through simple miscommunication between buyers and sellers? (Lots of times. Lots and lots of times.) I’m a real DIYer but I admit I could not have done what Tangie accomplished—she put together a fair deal for us AND for the buyer and we closed just a few weeks later. If I sound emphatic, enthusiastic, even rabid, about Tangie’s work, well I am. Tangie and Humboldt Land Company earned every cent of their commission and I truly value that she will stand by the sale and assist the buyers in their transition to the area. Lastly, selling and buying homes is stressful—really stressful—yet Tangie managed to make this process fun. What an absolute and welcomed bonus! —

Tangie is a fantastic agent and super professional. 4 years ago she sold me my house site unseen from out of state. I contacted her via phone and she worked with my friend to secure the purchase. She was diligent about making certain I had all the information I needed to make an educated decision on my home purchase. When I decided to sell the property I immediately contacted Tangie to sell my home. Her wealth of experience along with her knowledge of the market is unmatched. She’s the best!

Tangie is an awesome realtor. I work odd hours and she always accommodated my needs and availability for viewing homes within the Humboldt County area. She made great recommendations for homes within our price range and tried to meet our specific needs. She was very honest about properties and really stuck up for us when we were in negotiations for a home. She was very attentive and responded to any inquiries immediately. We are now in a beautiful home/property that meets all of our needs thanks to her.
