When we decided to sell our home we researched available real estate agents in hopes of finding an individual with knowledge, commitment, and energy to expedite the sale. We selected Tanya Kerr and couldn’t be more pleased with her efforts. She was responsive, patient, and diligent. She was especially helpful in preparing our home for showings as she has a team of professionals on-call in many areas of expertise and was able to provide fast and quality remedies to any sudden issues that arose. Ms. Tanya Kerr did a phenomenal job to quickly sell my home. From start to finish, she proved herself to be a top producing real estate agent with extensive knowledge of the real estate market. She listened carefully to my desires, provided her expert recommendations, and carried out the full task of getting my home under contract the second day after it went on the market, went to closing three weeks later, I could not have asked for anything more. She is a true professional who is very detailed, communicates extremely well (always providing updates and keeping me in the loop of things), is very attentive and responsive, and provides the ultimate pressure-free experience. I was also very impressed with her desires to obtain feedback regarding if her services met my expectations as well as her desire to know if there was anything that she could improve on. I highly recommend Ms. Kerr and will seek her out for any future buying or selling of real estate.

Tanya did an amazing job for us from start to finish. It was so smooth. Her knowledge of the market area and what we needed to do to get the best deal really put us at ease. We were in Alaska on vacation when we received several offers and she worked thru the time distance and somewhat lack of internet to get us sold. You will not be disappointed selecting Tanya.

Tanya is a personable consummate professional. She took the time to understand our requirements and worked tirelessly to find and show us houses. She explained the processes clearly and was always available for questions. We went from telling her our requirements to closing in 30 days. Highly recommend her to anyone needing an agent!!!

Very responsive & hard working! Tanya gives straight forward and easy to follow advice. She makes the process and recommended prep work simple and quick to follow. I’m impressed with her experience and recommendations having pulled 3 offers in the first weekend. Having sold/purchased homes before there is always a bit of guess work and negotiation, but Tanya provided good advice and understanding throughout the process. We were originally planning to list before the pandemic hit and ended up selling right in the middle, so you can imagine this was a big component as we all navigate a very different world. I’m very thankful to Tanya for handling many things for us (that she didn’t have to) & making it as easy as possible!
