Charlie and May were our agents on a new construction purchase and sale of a home. They were mostly unreachable by phone and would take days to get back to us (we kept being told Charlie was having phone problems). As far as our new construction purchase... they did not show up for a lot change, they did not show up for the inspection, they did not show up for the final walkthrough, and they did not come to closing. They didn't need to fill out the contracts because it was new construction so that was done by the builders agents. There was very little effort on their part to help us with this purchase. Because they weren't at the inspection, they were not there to help when there was a problem with the washer dryer hookups, It was handled completely between my husband and the builder. As far as the sale of our home, it was difficult from the start when they sent a completely unprofessional stager or to our house who was cussing and acting inappropriately in front our child. We were told it wasn't their regular person but that's not our problem, our problem was they sent someone to our house who acted inappropriately in front of our child. Again, they were mostly unreachable and would take days to get back to us. The first sale fell through because there was not an appraisal done in time, which we feel our agent should have been aware of more than 24 hours before closing. We found another buyer and days before closing found out that buyer had never paid their earnest money deposit. It was completely unacceptable that our agents were unaware that the earnest money had never been paid!! Combined with some other issues, while the sale and purchase were eventually successful, the whole process was way more stressful then it needed to be and we never felt like we had someone on our side looking out for us. They came recommended to us by two different friends who had great experiences with them. For us, unfortunately, we did not have that same experience and we would not recommend them.

Charlie was incredibly patient and we never felt pressured by him during the house hunting process. He and May were quick to respond to any questions we had and promptly handled any issues that came up. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a home!

May and Charlie were excellent partners working with us to find the perfect house. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. Since we were out of town, they spent extra time to provide facetime and video showings. They were a pleasure to work with. We are currently working with them on another property. Great team!!

Amanda went above and beyond helping us prepare—and stage—our mother’s condo for sale as me and my siblings live out of State. Amanda and her team had a lot to coordinate for us in our behalf, including working in the spirit of partnership with a very strict condo board, painting and carpeting companies and an estate sale company. A LOT was put on Amanda’s plate and she attended to everything with a smile on her face. During the condo prep and sales process, Amanda and her assistant Krissy communicated with us every step of the way. The process went very smoothly and we got an offer within 6 days of the condo being on the market. The closing happened seamlessly as well. I would highly recommend Amanda and her team!
