Tara helped me buy a house last September 2016 and helped make the process easy and also fun! Tara was great at communicating with the buyers, especially since one house we looked at was for sale by owner. Tara's knowledge and experience went beyond the typical real estate agent and she picked up on things when we were looking at houses that I never would have known about on my own and that saved me from making huge and costly errors. When I found the house that I knew was "the one" , Tara was quick, responsive, communicative and navigated the entire buying process smoothly and graciously. I highly recommend Tara!

When we were selling our home Tara was recommended to us through a neighbor who was also selling their home. My fiancee and I spent 5 minutes talking with Tara and realized she was the realtor we wanted to use. Tara is professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. We could not have sold our house without all of her help. Tara worked hard to schedule potential buyers with showings around our busy schedule and the needs of a 3 year old and a newborn baby. We plan on using Tara in the future for all of our real-estate needs and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs an excellent professional real-estate agent who gets results fast.

Tara is an extraordinary buyer’s agent! My wife and I are very meticulous and picky. It took us over a year to decide on our home, and we changed our mind multiple times. Tara remained very patient with us throughout the whole process. She never made us feel like we were a hassle or that she was too busy for us. Tara was always readily available via phone and email, and got us into see many homes almost immediately. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Tara Nagelhout is best! She has nothing but the clients best interest in mind. She is knowledgeable, experienced, detail oriented and great at communicating what is going on with the process of buying and selling homes. I have worked with her for a couple years now dealing with the short sale of my home. Step by step she has helped me to get through this. She was punctual in all the showings of the house and her knowledge in real estate helps put your mind at ease when making big decisions when it comes to buying and selling a home! I would highly recommend her!
