Tari did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of land. Her expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value for the area with a build home. Tari has been involved in all aspects of the planning of the build and suggesting what are have to's in the build process. She is always available to answer all questions and is very communicative. Tari's knowledge and professionalism of the area can't be beat. We consider her a friend and will definitely be calling her to sell when we are ready. You won't regret your decision to hire Tari! Over the moon happy with Tari Pilgreen. I interviewed 3 agents, she came the most prepared of all of the other agents, had a great knowledge of the area, and got me the most money for my house. She was always available when I had a question. We closed on time. She provided extra services that she didn't have to. She really has cornered a concierge real estate service.

Tari was amazing, made the search for a new home less stressful and more enjoyable. Our changing home parameters did not slow her down. Always made herself available. I love Tari Pilgreen. She was so nice and professional.Tari made us feel comfortable and not pressured.I've dealt with realtors that are snobby and snooty , not Tari she was so friendly and was patient with us . She knows exactly what we want and is willing to wait until we find what we want . My only regret is that she is not available in our area . This only means that we are confident in Tari finding us something we will love in the Marble Falls Austin area , which is where we really love.. thank you Tari Pilgreen ??
