Taylor helped us buy a house a little more than a year ago. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the things we needed (specifically what qualifies for a VA loan) which was a little tricky because we have a big family and also wanted a rural fixer upper. OF COURSE Taylor came through and we have been enjoying fixing up the house and exploring the area this whole year since. Taylor also helped us navigate financial issues and home warranty questions. She is the absolute best and has such a cute family too!!

Taylor was an excellent agent to work with while selling our home. She walked us through every step and always kept us updated on progress of the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying. She made the process so easy and straight forward, there was never a time I felt like I was alone.

We then chose Taylor over other realtors because of these qualities. Once working with Taylor in person these same traits came to play crucial roles in helping us survive buying a home in 2021. She was our strategist and advocate, and we couldn’t and wouldn’t do it without her again in the future.

Taylor Hirst of Navigate Realty was INSTRUMENTAL in assisting us find our first place. She lead from the front and was proactive with creative strategies to help a first time buyer stand out in a crowded marketplace. Her negotiating strategies got us a property for below appraisal in the most competitive month, in the most competitive climate in the history of real estate. If that doesn’t tell you what you need to know, I’m not sure what will! We used a lender she had not worked with before and was a team player and went above and beyond to ensure we were educated on the process from start to finish. We can’t speak highly enough of Taylor for helping us find our first home!

Hands down the BEST Realtor in Eldorado County. Taylor does everything the right way & makes your home buying experience as smooth as it can be.
