Mrs. Cardwell is simply the best! She patiently guided me though the purchase of my first home and was always there to answer any questions that I had. I had a few curve balls come up with financing and she referred me to a mortgage lender that went above and beyond to get my home financed. She was always there to offer helpful suggestions and guidance when needed. I will certainly be using Mrs. Cardwell for future real estate purchases. I definitely recommend Teresa Cardwell for helping you find your new home!

Teresa was very professional and knowledgeable. She definitely went over and beyond her required duties to make sure that we had a good selling experience. Her response time to requests were quick and she spent her own money to do extra advertising in order for us to sell quicker. I have recommended Teresa to my acquaintances and will continue to do so!
