Teresa helped us look at multiple homes. She always responded quickly to appointment requests questions, and she helped us bid on a foreclosed property. My frustration is that she came across too much as a saleswoman - lots of vague language, inability to answer specifics, more interested in painting a pretty picture and making a sale. An agent should be an agent: meaning an advocate, someone intimately interested in being my advocate and looking out for my interests, not trying to find the most expedient way to make a buck.
