Theresa has not only sold a home for us, but also is the reason we landed the purchase of a home that we fell in love with that was being competitively sought after. She is honest, goes the extra mile and is incredibly efficient. This woman is genius and all heart.

Took a long time to sell our townhome but Teresa stuck with it. Staged the home beautifully and got it sold. Great to work with, honest and such a great personality. Would happily work with her again.

We just bought our first house and Teresa was FANTASTIC. We found her to be incredibly patient, kind, and responsive. When it came to negotiations, she advocated fiercely for us. We feel so lucky that we randomly found her when inquiring about a property through Zillow. She must have shown us at least 30 homes during this process before we found the perfect place. She was a joy the whole time.

Teresa McCants is a thorough, thoughtful real estate professional who really takes the time to figure out what her clients needs and wants are. With this knowledge, she is able to find a house that meets the balance of those wants/needs with your personal finances. She brings confidence to you as both the buyer and the seller. I have the utmost respect for her in this industry and still give her a call from time to time for advise regarding the market. Teresa is extremely reliable and I highly recommend her. Responds to my emails almost before I'm done typing them up. (Seriously, almost immediately.) She has worked with local contractors for years, knows who's good and who's not (we're selling our house and needed some work done---the people she recommended were also great). Her fund of knowledge and experience is impressive. I feel lucky to be working with her.
