Mrs Ruiz was enthusiastic from the start and throughout the process of showing us houses and was prepared with info about each property, as well as answering all of our questions. She was in contact with the owners via cell during our home inspection to obtain more info and provide us detailed info. She was very cordial/friendly with great sense of humor. I highly recommend Mrs. Ruiz as a real estate agent. She will work diligently to make your home search as stress free as possible. Although we decided not to purchase the houses we viewed, we are very satisfied with her efforts. She is competent and knowledgeable.

How do the Rohrers love Christy Meinecke? Let us count the ways. No, but seriously, Christy was an incredible blessing on our lives, especially as first-time home-buyers. The home-buying process is a daunting one, especially for a couple who has never done it before. Christy helped walk us through the process, anticipate potential issues that might run into, and advocated for us during the negotiation process. In the midst of dealing with a difficult negotiation on the first home for which we were under contract, Christy maintained professionality and grace even when other parties did not, all while putting us first. After that contract fell through, she helped us find the perfect home - a better home than we were previously under contract for or could have ever imagined - and made the process so simple. We closed on our new home on Friday, and even still she is helping us with things this week! Christy is wonderful, and I highly recommend her if you are trying to sell or buy a home anywhere in the Brown County area. You will not find a better realtor anywhere, and we can guarantee that!
