Terri is very knowledgeable and helped get our home on the market quickly and sell within 3 days. She also helped us expedite getting a new roof put on our house. I would recommend Terri, however, there were some blurred lines in communication. With a realtor who is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience, it is important to ask questions if you don’t know the process yourself. Terri helped us sell our first home and we are very grateful.

Articulate - Responsive - Professional. Terri is a rockstar in her profession. She listened to my needs. She protected me with addendums. She worked in a professional and fair manner with the buyers agent but took zero gruff. I would recommend her to anyone I know that is buying or selling. And I will definitely put her skills to use for me again in the future.

Moving to Oklahoma from Colorado was not going to be easy. We asked a very close friend of ours who is a realtor in Minnesota, if she had a recommendation for a realtor in Oklahoma and she gave us Terri's name. I can't pretend to know how real estate agent networking works, or how an agent friend of ours in Minnesota knew about Terri in Oklahoma, but it could not have been a better fit! Terri is amazing and she reminds me very much of Pam, our friend. Terri was very quick to understand that our schedules between Colorado and Oklahoma weren't going to be very flexible, or very easy. She was always quick and comfortable to suggest and host video walkthroughs of different houses and properties, she was always available on short notice to meet me at different properties when I was able to fly in. No distance was too great, no time was too early or too late. Terri was always there, she was always smiling, and she was always very understanding when I didn't like something, or when I did. I can't describe the trust that I had in her, as early as I did. She just seemed like she'd always been my friend, and that she understood implicitly exactly what I wanted in a house. Even when we ultimately found our dream house, Terri pointed out certain features that it had that I had forgotten were as important to me as they were! It is safe to say she knew what I wanted a little bit more than I did there at the end. Terri and I are friends now :-) I plan to invite her to our first housewarming party and I have no doubt that she will come. We will share stories about this house, and others that she has helped sell or buy. I feel like I didn't just get a house, but I got a friend too. I can't recommend her strongly enough.

Terri went above and beyond to help find us a house that fit our needs and desires. We weren't easy to work with, and yet she stuck right with us until we closed. I plan on using her again in the future.

We have had the pleasure of working with Mike a few times. He is someone who knows the area and is very helpful in pointing out things we need to be aware of. I would highly recommend Mike if you are in the market to buy or sell any real estate.
