Terri was great to work with. I’ve bought and sold many properties in my life and she is the best agent I’ve worked with. She had expert knowledge of the area, great communication skills and superior negotiating skills. I highly recommend her. The best compliment I could ever give anyone would be to say I would use them again, I would definitely use Terri again.

Terri has extensive knowledge of the Chapin area and the realtor profession as she has decades of experience in the area. The fact that her husband is a home builder gives her added depth in that area allowing her to judge house condition and what it would take to fix or improve things better than other realtors that I have worked with. Her straight talk and honesty helped us though our transactions. We were glad to have her in our corner during both buying and selling.

If you want integrity, EXTENSIVE knowledge of the area, professionalism, experience and transparency, do yourself a big favor and use Terri Scheper. We've bought and sold many homes (personal and investment) over the span of> 30 years in states other than SC. Our experience with Terri through our entire process, through closing, was exceptional and unmatched. I can't say enough how refreshing it was that she had so much intimate knowledge with every listing she showed us. She didn't just show up with the MLS info sheet and tell us she'd have to look up and get back to us with answers to our questions, as we've experienced SO many times before with others realtors. With little to no idea of Lake Murray in particular and SC in general was like, her knowledge made us feel very comfortable that we made the right decision for our forever retirement home. Her #1 goal is to match the right home with the right buyer, no matter how long it takes. The home we purchased wasn't listed. She went out and found it for us. We couldn't be more pleased!

Terri was a true professional in all aspects of this transaction. She was an expert on marketing the house and helping us set the proper price. She handled all aspects from listing to closing with the utmost attention to details. I would highly recommend Terri and would definitely use her again.

Terri has helped members of my family sell 2 different homes and buy 2 homes over the past few years. Her knowledge of the real estate business was reassuring. She and her team were excellent to work with and made everything so easy. I highly recommend them!
