Thad did an Amazing job in helping me sell my home. I was looking for an aggressive Real Estate Professional to get my house sold. Thad worked up a listing agreement and helped me get my property listed. When I received an offer, Thad assisted me in negotiating pricing with the new buyers and always wanting to protect my interest. I highly recommend Thad to be your agent!

Thad was extremely responsive and wasted no time communicating with who ever needed to be reached. He was personable, addressing any questions we had about the area and buying our first house. His guidance when it came time to put an offer on a house made the world of difference in getting the offer to go though on a highly desired house. His communication skills, knowledge, and overall personality made buying a horse an enjoyable experience.

Thad helped my husband and I out tremendously through the process of buying our first home. The property was a foreclosure and the process was a bit different as a result, but Thad was there every step of the way helping us navigate paperwork and get everything done in a timely manner. The purchase went so smoothly and we can't thank Thad enough for all his help and support throughout.

Thad Tarasen worked above and beyond for us to sell our home during a time frame that was very much a buyer's market. Thad held many open houses at our home and worked diligently to sell our home in a very saturated market with homes similar to our home. While out of town, Thad even shoveled our sidewalk and driveway to ensure our home would have the best showing possible. He was very knowledgeable about market value for our home and our options when receiving an offer of sale. I would definitely work with Thad again and would highly recommend Thad to anyone selling or buying property.

Very easy to talk to and get along with. Very helpful in finding the right home for us that checked all of our needs/wants. He knew the area very well and was able to show us a lot of nice houses that we didn't know about. I liked that he did not push houses on us to try and buy but let us get the feel of each house on our own before he made a sales pitch.
