Varinder has been spectacular in helping us with the sale of our old home. He guided us through the entire sales process, did multiple walk-through of our house to identify the small yet value-adding fixes to the home. He was super cost conscious and ensured he connected us with contractors who did a high quality job updating the home before we listed it for sale. Buying a home is a challenging endeavor, and having an honest and dependable property agent on your side is what one needs. We went through 3 agents until we found Varinder , he was the first agent who was on OUR side. He helped with every aspect of our home hunt, researching the area, finding good houses and help us reject the ones which had issues. Until he found us the one.
