We were new to the process of buying a house and I had moved to the States only a year prior, so we had no experience with this and were pretty naive. I convinced my husband to go with this agent because I felt we could trust her. We told her our budget was extremely limited because we were starting over. She convinced us to sign an offer for the house 10k more than we could afford, saying not to worry and that the amounts will be deducted later and using terminology we could not understand, and that she would help us with her commission. We kept all the screenshots of the conversations, as well as recordings of our phone conversations (we still have them) because it didn´t make full sense but since I trusted her, we moved forward. We ended up paying the full amount in that offer letter we had signed, and when we confronted her about this with the screenshots, she suggested that we asked my husband´s family for the money that we needed to make it (over 5k, which for us was a huge deal because we were investing until the last penny on this purchase and we did not want to rely on anyone else to pay it). I was beyond disappointed and it was really stressful for us to have to move from our previous unit within a timeline and figure this all out. I removed the recommendations I had given to my coworkers about this agent, I don´t want our name to be linked to this person. We are still thinking about taking action against her to get that money back because she absolutely acted with a lack of transparency and the moment we put money down for the deposit, her narrative changed. Not a good professional and definitely not a good person. Please, find someone referred by a friend or family that has your best interest in mind, because this person will not.

We toured a house and fell in love with it. The market was already super competitive and someone else had put in an offer, but she was able to negotiate with the seller's agent and when the offer fell through they went straight to us next. I honestly think that's the reason we were able to get the house. Super grateful and loved working with Tiffany - she seems like she just genuinely enjoys working with people!

Tiffany is the best! My Fiancé and I just purchased our first home and we would have never been able to do it without Tiffany. After multiple unavoidable incidents in the process, Tiffany was able to fix every issue that came up. She is generous, smart, and very passionate about her work. We are so happy that we were able to use her and recommend her to everyone!

Tiffany helped my wife and I sell our home and helped find us our new home. She made what is usually an extremely stressful couple of events, quite stress free. We were planning on building and things just weren't working out. We found our home and everything was seamless from there on out. I'll always recommend Tiffany to anyone looking for a professional and hard working realtor. She is the BEST!

Tiffany was an absolute dream to work with! She made the sell of our home as seamless as it could possibly have been, while handling multiple showings and offers, and getting us an offer significantly above our asking price. I will forever use her for our real estate needs, and would recommend her to anyone. She is so personable and fun to work with. She is the best!
