This was our first home so we were full of questions and Tim was with us the whole way. He took our must list and found several homes in great areas. He saved the best for last naturally and kept us within budget! Great overall experience.

Tim helped me find my first home and made the experience painless and enjoyable. (For me anyway). I didn't know what I wanted until we found it and he was patient and upfront with me the whole journey.

My wife and I have been considering buying our first house. We contacted Tim due to the fact he had a specific property we wanted to look at listed. Tim met us at the property and went over many of details we needed to know about that property, especially being that it was bank owned. Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all the details we needed clarified. Even after not pursuing that house we contacted Tim later on to look at different properties. He is extremely kind and has a wonderful ability of relating to his potential buyers. We will continue to use Tim as our realtor in the future and recommend him to others as well.

Tim sold a income property of ours that was on the market for over a year. He found a buyer within a matter of weeks once he was acting agent. Did a great job of moving the property quickly. Will definitely use his services again.
