Ginger and Tim were amazing!! They made us feel like life long friends and we're always ready to go when it came to looking at the next house we wanted to see!! We have our dream home and are so incredibly happy!! Thank you guys!

We met Tim on the recommendation of a friend/co-worker. We were selling, and buying, and quite anxious. Tim's knowledge of, not only the area, but all things real estate, VA, inspections, kids, Star Wars, and baseball made this pleasurable. I did not stutter. It was not just a simple transaction, but a pleasurable one. When all the papers had been signed, keys exchanged, and the dust had settled, we actually missed Tim! I have not, and will not, hesitate to refer Tim Goss to anyone thinking of selling or buying. Thanks Tim!!

Our experience with Tim selling our house was excellent. His commitment to helping us sell our house was very impressive. He was very helpful with suggestions for staging, updates, and service providers. He was always prompt on time with his visits and his communication. We were very pleased with Tim's ability to sell our house and his commitment to help us find another house in the school district, area, and price point we were looking for with limited inventory.
