When we started the home buying process we knew absolutely nothing about how to proceed. We started by clicking on a home on Zillow to get a showing and TJ responded. Although we currently did not have a pre-approval letter, that didn't stop TJ from showing us several homes and giving us tons of information about how the process worked and what our next steps needed to be. It wasn't until months later that we were ready to seriously shop. We chose TJ because of how knowledgeable he was and the effort he had already put into helping us even when he knew we were not ready to put an offer on anything. TJ, showed us multiple homes and was very informative about each one, pointing out things I would have never noticed. In the end he helped us find the PERFECT home for our family. We have been in the new home for over two months now and have zero regret. Although the whole process was overwhelming to us, TJ took it all on and made it very simple for us. He ended up assisting us in negotiations to get the property that was initially out of our price range down to a price we could comfortably afford. I had a TON of questions throughout the process. TJ responded to them all within hours at the VERY latest. Most of the time his responses were immediate. I was able to text, call and email him at any time and he was there with an answer. The few times he was unsure about how to proceed with an unusual circumstance of ours he quickly found out what the process was and led us in that direction. As first time home buyers having someone like TJ was a blessing.
