From start to finish, TJ and Katie were incredible to work with. They took my late night texts and early morning calls, answered all of our questions and were always there to help. They had our place sold in a matter of days, for more than we asked. We hit a few roadblocks in paperwork and they were fast to deal with it, stayed on top and always reassured us that everything was fine. Proud to say we were friends before they were our realtors, and I would recommend them to anyone.

TJ is absolutely amazing!! As first time buyers the process was new to my husband and I. TJ was there every step of the way , answering all of our questions ( and we had a lot ) . TJ really went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible and he really cared that we found the perfect home , and we did thanks to him. If you are in need of a top notch agent TJ is definitely the guy you want.

TJ was able to take care of our needs and requests every step of the way! My wife and I made our first-time home purchase much easier than we were expecting. TJ was extremely knowledgeable on the various neighborhoods we had visited, and already had a thorough understanding on things an inspector would have an eye on. I want to give a major shout out to our real estate Broker TJ Navilio!! Our house was pending sale after 4 days on the market and 107% of list price. My husband and I were looking to sell our home in Graham, WA. I didn't know TJ personally prior to this listing. 8 weeks before we went on the market, TJ walked the property and advised us on improvements and upgrades that would put us in a better selling position. He also recommended contractors, roofers, and other specialists to assist in the work that were affordable and professional. He answered all my questions in a timely and professional manner, and there were a lot! He never made me feel dumb or silly despite asking him hundreds of questions.
