Todd did a great job in selling my house. He was very attentive, kept me informed, and was right there to answer any questions I had. He went above and beyond to help with that the sale went smoothly. I would highly recommend Todd to anyone who is selling or buying a home.

Todd is very responsive to all calls, emails and texts. He does not try to convince you to do anything you don’t want to. Very helpfully through the entire process. We sold a home and purchased a home with Todd.

HI... I DON'T GIVE KUDOS OFTEN. I AM ALSO A VERY TOUGH CUSTOMER WITH HIGH EXPECTATIONS. I HIRED TODD AS MY REALTOR. FROM THE BEGINNING HE TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY. EXPERT SERVICE. EXPERT ADVICE. ALWAYS GOING THE EXTRA MILE TO GET THE DEAL DONE. TODD MADE THE SELLING OF A HOUSE I LOVED AND DID NOT WANT TO PART WITH BEARABLE. HE DOES NOT JUST SELL HOUSES, HE ADVISES ON THE ENTIRE PROCESS. IF YOU WANT AN EXPERT THAT KNOWS THE MARKET AND TREATS YOU LIKE A PERSON NOT A NUMBER... HIRE TODD. YOU WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY YOU DID.

From day one Todd was very at-tentative to the needs of our family. We could not be more thankful. We are a family who has a disabled child that is in need of constant care, we didn't have a lot of time to add to our day looking for houses. When we first meet Todd he took the time to get to know our family and our needs. During this meeting Todd was very honest with us and let us know that he was there for us and our best interests. When we were ready to start the process of home buying Todd made it so easy. Todd is very easy to communicate with, is professional and has a wonderful personality. Todd is very proactive and isn't one to wait, if the house came on the market that day and it fit our needs we were seeing it that day. As we looked Todd was very honest about his thoughts on the value of the house and possible issues we might be facing. As first time home buyers it was a blessing to know that someone was watching out for our best interests. Todd followed the sale of the house through until the end. We would definitely not only recommend Todd, but use him again!

Todd is very professional, pleasant to work with, listens carefully, educates, and tries his best to get the top dollar for your home. He was always very responsive and happy to show me homes. Todd exceeded my expectations and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. I have already and will continue to recommend him to my friends and family!
