Tony played an integral role in our home buying process and made the process so much easier for us as first-time home buyers. He was incredibly responsive and always responded to our texts and messages within a few minutes. When the large influx of emails and correspondences took over our inboxes, he'd often respond on our behalf and ensure everything was done the way we wanted it to be. He was present in nearly all important meetings and, in the event that he couldn't be there, he'd offer us guidance before the meeting and call after to check in on us. We felt incredibly comfortable with Tony as our agent and would recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

Toni helped my partner and I rent our first apartment in DC and then purchase a home in Capitol Hill two years later. All of his five star reviews will tell you how great of an agent he is (so true). But moreover, Toni is a great person, and that is the reason why I loved working with him and will recommend him to any of my friends who are looking for a home in the area. 1) Toni is judgement-free. Of all the places we saw, he was supportive, whether we liked the place or not and genuinely wanted us to be happy. He was never judgmental about our budget for our first home and didn't try to push us out of our comfort zone. He stuck with us until we found what was right for us. 2) I wanted to take one last look at a house on a Sunday evening before I put an offer in. I ended up changing my mind after seeing the house again, but Toni dropped what he was doing and rushed from the gym to the house to help me. The house we were looking at was abandoned mid-reno and was a bit of a disaster. He helped me figure out all of the houses' quirks for two hours-- if there were original wood floors under the laminate, if we could salvage any of the trim work, etc. He could've been doing something much more exciting on a Sunday night than lifting up dirty old flooring with me. He always took his time with us, and you would never think that he had several other clients. 3) He'll advocate for you and be on your team. There are countless times where I didn't think to ask for something, but he was always one step ahead of us and went above and beyond what I would've expected. Thank you, Toni!

Toni is a reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and resourceful agent! We have been working with him for over 2 years, he first helped us find a condo for rent and later another one for purchase. During the rent search, we were pressed for time and he saw 10+ condos with us in less than 2 days and helped finalize all the paperwork within the same time - super efficient! During the buying process - he patiently saw 50(??)+ units with us all across DC and Arlington, spread out over 6 months - he listened carefully and always always responded to all our needs and preferences, answered our countless questions and put with all our idiosyncrasies with a smile! Super thankful for all his help and hardworking in working with us and will always appreciate his efforts- couldn't have asked for a better agent!

We just purchased our second home with Toni and he was absolutely amazing to work with. He left no detail behind and was so on top of every part of the process. In fact, we had a lot of difficulty with our lender being behind and he was terrific with helping stay on top of them for deadlines to make sure we were protected throughout the process and that our closing was not pushed back. Toni is not only know knowledgeable and experienced, but he is a true pleasure to work with. We wouldn’t want to have anyone else at our side and on our side when we buy a home.
