Tracy Lovell and Mark Daly are a dream team. I was referred to them by a friend that just purchased a piece of property in Jupiter Florida. I had originally engaged with them a year plus back to start to get a feel for the real estate market in Florida. Every question I had every piece of information I requested was responded to immediately. The level of response was stellar and the friendliness of the team was noticeable from day 1. As we honed in on an area and started to get more serious Tracy and Mark were there step by step to guide us along. Our first trip to Florida to look at property was met with exuberance by the team. We looked at several properties as they coordinated multiple visits in short notice. That first trip helped us to really hone in on the area we wanted so we headed back home and restarted the search. Our next trip was excellent we got to see over 12 properties in a very short period of time thanks to the team. Not only did we find a home we found two great friends that offer superior customer service before during and after the purchase. Tracy and Mark have helped us through negotiations, service providers in the area, contract reviews and multiple addendums to the original purchase and sale. Tracey was such a tremendous help as first time home buyers. My husband and I were definitely overwhelmed with the process and a tough market, but Tracey always made the process as seamless and stress free as possible. I always felt like she had our back and was always available when we had a question, no matter how silly. It made a huge difference being able to fully trust and relax wit our agent and know she had our best interest in mind the whole time. Truly a 10/10 experience
