Tracy recently helped us find our very first home! She was always patient with our many questions and really kept us grounded through the process. With how the market is now, we had almost lost hope, but she was quick to help us go see homes we liked and gave us tips on how to make competitive offers. She was so friendly and we always appreciated her honesty and years of experience. We'd definitely call Tracy again in the future.

As a first time home buyer, Tracy provided the best possible experience I could have asked from a realtor. On numerous occasions, she went above and beyond to facilitate the purchase of my first home. Her correspondence was always timely and effective, requests I made were always addressed, she often took initiative to research and provide pertinent information even when not asked for, and above all else she is sharp. Her ability to exchange/receive information, bounce ideas, and provide guidance is the largest contributing factor toward my satisfaction with the experience. Tracy was referred to me by my relocation company, and she instantly outshined the other realtor I was trying to work with. Tracy is very polished and refined. She never tried to force anything on me or put pressure at anytime. She was very honest and went out of her way to help me. Went over final documents and added addendum to make sure I was protected. Went out of her way even after the sale when I had problems getting home warranty to help me get issues fixed. She is very thorough and was with me every step of the way. She was my guardian when I needed help. Always available when I needed her. If you want honesty and a hard worker you want Tracy Rose.
