My husband and I would highly recommend Tracy Tonnesen of Jackson Reality to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Having purchased and sold many homes over the years we found Tracy to be the best realtor we've worked with to date. She made the whole process simple and painless from start to finish. Knowledgible of the area and always there with the right resources to help us as we went through the various stages of our recent purchase she has a real knack for taking the pain out of buying and selling. On top of that with her wonderful and caring personality she just makes the whole process enjoyable and fun. We could not recommend her more!

Tracy Tonnesen of Jackson Reality has done a great job helping us with our property transactions. She supported us when we originally purchased our property in Amador County in 2002. She then provided excellent sales service from listing and showing, to all the way through the closing process. Tracy is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She did a great job for us and will do a great job for anyone who is looking to buy or sell property in Amador County.

Tracy was outstanding and very professional in all our interactions. She was very patient with our questions and concerns. She knew who to turn to when services, repairs, etc. we’re needed. Selling a home can be very stressful and she was beside us all the way, always available to help or answer questions. She definitely went above and beyond through the whole process.

Tracy helped us prepare our prior home for listing by providing valuable tips and vendor suggestions on getting us to a point of listing. She helped us find our new house and negotiated extensively to our benefit, knocking down the price. Once we hit the "go" button, she moved fast, sold our old house in two weeks, and worked SO many hours when many hiccups came about along the way. I'm certain we were exhausting and she handled it all like the expert she is. Would not hesitate to recommend Tracy.
