Trent did an incredible job for us! When we found a house that we liked, he'd often be free the same day to show it to us. He worked quickly and late into the night to secure the house that we wanted. He has many connections to bring in professionals as needed. He knows the business and is easy to work with. We would highly recommend him and his team, everyone is great!

Lauren Webster and Trent Gladstone are superb and knowlegeable realtors. They evaluated our property, created a winning strategy to sell it, easily handled the inevitable 'bumps' that arose, and kept us informed through out the process. I cannot think of any thing that they could have done better. They exceeded our expectations, which is very rare.

Jennifer Lawson, on Trent’s team, was an invaluable help to us. From putting our home on the market to letting us know about reactions to showings and negotiating for us on the sale she was helping and explaining things. She made selling our home an enjoyable experience.

We found Trent and his staff (we especially had a lot of contact with his admin., Sarah) to be extremely personable! They were always very understanding of our timing and circumstances regarding the sale of our home. Trent’s stager (Missy) was also very encouraging, and did not overwhelm us with her suggestions. Both Trent and Missy were encouraging and realistic about the few improvements we made prior to the sale. The photographer who worked with Trent was also excellent - took his time and took beautiful photos of our home and open space/trails next to our home. We especially appreciated Sarah’s constant assistance throughout the entire process - the signing of numerous documents was more manageable with Sarah’s help! Sarah was always super prompt to reply to any of my questions. We greatly appreciated Trent’s years of experience regarding the listing price of our home. As he anticipated, our home sold very quickly - we believe largely due to the appropriate pricing, as well as the thorough preparations Trent and his team coached us through in the months prior to our sale. We’re very thankful that such a life milestone - a move from our home of 22 years - was made smoother by Trent and his team!

Trent Gladstone and Jennifer Lawson are a great team! Trent’s years of experience, negotiation skills, and intuition are very valuable. Jennifer has such a servants heart, has great judgment, and is always helpful. They helped us list and sell our house for much more than we ever would have hoped.
