Trish was a very personable and knowledgeable realtor, who kept our home at the right place in the market until it sold. She was very creative and willing to invest much of her own time and resource to keep our home in the forefront until it sold--including making promo videos (more common in the big city markets of east and west coasts) and even arranging a video interview with local news media! Our home was priced right at the "dividing line" for two markets, making it awkward to attract the right buyer, but it eventually sold to the right person, and the closing went perfectly! Trish was a awesome realtor. From the first time I met her, she told me exactly what I need to do in order to sale my home. Anytime I had a questions she was always available to answer any questions I had. I can not Thank her enough never thought I would sale the house. I highly recommend Trish. I will differently use her again if I need to sale or buy a house.

Trish Menchu has been a god send to my family from the first time we met. When we sold our first home to buy our home in Whitney she was there for us always available answered all our questions looked out for our best interests listened to our needs and what’s and we just found our perfect forever home if you are looking for a realtor that will go above and beyond Trish is the one very professional and wonderful to work with sorry for the long review but I can not say enough about her
