Tanya Campbell referred me a couple who were move up buyers who were committed to selling and buying simultaneously…a challenge in this market. Tanya said to them, no big deal…we’ll find the right buyer that will accept a “find a home contingency “ and the right seller that will accept a “sale contingency.” She searched and negotiated expertly to meet her clients needs. Simply said, Tanya continuously keeps her clients’ needs in mind instead of taking the easy way to tell them that they need to change their needs.

Jenny was patient with me as I was selling the house that I raised my children in for the last twenty-four years. She understood the emotional part of selling and was kind and helpful with the process. She also went the extra mile and was available when needed and at a moment's notice. The real estate company helped me greatly to get my house ready for the sale as they have workers and painters who can come and help with projects and unexpected projects as well. Tanya was our Real Estate agent that helped up purchase a home in Kennebunk ME. Tanya was fantastic throughout the entire process, from showing us properties, helping us put in the offer, negotiating with the sellers, and through the close. Her knowledge of the area was indispensable in helping us decide on a property, and she was incredibly helpful throughout the buying process promptly answering any and all questions we had.
