Ty is an award-winning real estate agent. I had every confidence that she would market my home and conduct all the business necessary to make the experience seemless. I had so much faith in her work that I relocated out of state prior to any contingency of sale of the home. I traveled 900 miles through a hurricane with only a for sale sign on my home and promise that everything would be fine. Ty remained in contact with me through every step of the listing, offer, inspections, disclosures, repairs, and closing. She was my man on the ground. I was starting a new life and she supported me to close a chapter. Her transparency through the process increased my trust in her profession. She was not in it just to sell a house. She was in it to make dreams come true. For me, it was the dream to have my home be the start of a wonderful life for a deserving family and not a corporation working to flip a property. She met every challenge with a solid plan. Each plan resulted in miracles. I often deferred my judgment to her saying "you, are the expert". Is there a word beyond expert? If there is it is Ty Allen for sure. Be it buying or selling a home, she is the woman for the job.

As a first time homebuyer the whole process seemed overwhelming before I met Ty Allen. Ty made sure that everything was explained and that I understood all of the terms and steps. Any time I needed her she was always just a text or phone call away. Ty always made time for me rather it was to answer questions or to check out a listing. If a potential house popped up, Ty made a priority to get a showing even when it was outside of traditional hours. Ty wasn’t only my Realtor. She was a advocate, a mentor, and motivator. Her passion for what she does shines through every interaction. Ty educated me on what to look out for when looking for a house so throughly, that when I explored open houses without her I was confident and knew exactly where to look. Ty alone is a resource and a absolute asset to have on your team. Her expertise in the industry and attention to detail gives her clients an upper hand, yet as a client she never pressures or tries to sway you. Your decision is your decision and she supports you either way. Honestly, if I would’ve had any other realtor, I may have given up instead of finding my dream home. When I struggled to find my home, Ty motivated me to continue on. She always knew what to say to encourage me. Finding Ty was and is a blessing. She helped me find my dream home and still I know that she is always a phone call away. Working with Ty makes you realize that you met your realtor and a friend for life. Ty was our 3rd agent we went through and she was nothing but amazing and extremely knowledgeable! She was always available when we needed her! Her professionalism attention to deal was superb! We couldn’t ask for a better agent than what we received. Although it was an emotional rollercoaster she ensured us that she was going to get us to the closing table and that she did. Ty was great to work with. She was knowledgeable and personable. She patiently answered all our questions and guided us through the challenges that came with our first experiences selling a home. I had the pleasure of working with Ty to purchase my first dream home. She truly does care and puts her all in everything that she does! One of the first conversations we had, she told me “I’m getting you to the closing table” and she kept her word! From start to finish, she was nothing but amazing! She’s extremely professional, knowledgeable, and I always felt like a priority. As a special needs parent and first time homebuyer, Ty did a great job with listening to my wants and needs for my family. She demonstrated amazing patience and understanding of my situation through the entire process. She always went the extra mile to not only think of me but more importantly my daughter and her needs as well. At each step in the process, Ty explained everything in great detail and never made me feel out of the loop. She went out of her way NUMEROUS times to ensure every single detail was taken care of so I didn’t have to stress throughout this entire process or after I closed on my home.
