Lori sold our apartment in Pittsburgh used by our children while in college. We live over 200 miles away. She made the process so effortless. She had the appropriate contacts to arrange cleaning and repair. Lori was incredibly responsive and kept us fully informed. There were multiple offers and setbacks but she pushed forward to a successful sale.

We had seen Lori Hummel ‘s name on multiple listings in our condo development that all had sold, so when we were ready to sell we called her. From the minute she walked into our home we knew we picked the right agent. She was all business, but also friendly, funny and very smart. She zeroed in on a few things she wanted us to do to be ready. Then she had her photographer come and he took incredible pictures that made our home look great. She did a terrific write up for the listing and we worked together to set an appropriate sales price. Our home sold to the first person on the first day thanks to Lori’s expertise. She then handled all the arrangements with the buyer’s agent for the inspection and settlement. Everything went smoothly. Lori is a seasoned and experienced realtor who truly loves her job. We will happily recommend her to all of our friends who are planning to sell.

We were selling the family home from afar and not in touch with the local market. Lori Hummel came with strong recommendations and she did not disappoint! From setting the list price, to marketing and negotiating, all aspects of the transaction were handled with efficiency, confidence and professionalism. When an unexpected last minute problem arose, Ms. Hummel proposed an equitable resolution for all parties. I would most definitely use her again if the opportunity presents itself

Lori is an amazing hardworking realtor who was able to get our house sold in Oakmont after one showing! Our house had been on the market for 9 months with a different company. At our initial meeting with Lori, she offered some suggestions to selling our house, that immediately made sense and were instrumental in selling our house. Throughout the selling process, her availability and coaching were superb. She responded to our many questions and concerns with knowledge, support and caring. Lori hosted realtor open houses and showings that our previous realtor delegated to staff. We highly recommend Lori!! We cannot say enough about her commitment and high degree of professionalism.
