Patrick did an outstanding job helping me find, negotiate on and acquire my new home in North Myrtle Beach. I would highly recommend working with him. Andrew is amazing! He is dedicated, professional, friendly and goes above & beyond. We drove by a property we were interested in seeing & called Andrew. He was there immediately to show it to us. He listened to our requirements & suggested other properties that we might also want to see. He followed up quickly with showings. He was honest about concerns he was aware of in certain areas that experience flooding. This was critical information to us since we aren’t from the area! When we found listings in North Carolina, he got us connected with an agent there. He stayed in touch & offered his help even after knowing that we would be buying through another agent. Even now that we’ve closed on a purchase in NC, he has offered his help for anything we might need!
