Vicki is great she is a ten all the way. She is the only agent that didn’t ask first thing to see my pre authorizations for my loan. And actually the only agent that was Helpful in my situation. I say if you want a knowledgeable agent in Penobscot count call Vicki Peters. She’s great , and very nice. She answered all my questions timely. More like the realtor that worked when I bought my houses in the past. She’s a hard worker. Janet Williams

We had a difficult process because the buyers loan was with the VA. But Vicki was able to keep the process moving forward and assisted us in every way possible.

To whom this may concern, I just wanted to take a few minutes and talk about how happy we are with the service we received with Vicki Peters Munson. Vicki is the agent everyone dreams they will have when buying their first home. Just a little about our process, when we first started this process we were not even 100% sure we were going to be approved for the home loan. We were just starting the process and had no idea what we were doing. We contacted Vicki just to get an idea of how to go about it. Vicki was great from the start. Vicki wasted no time asking us what we were looking for, sending us houses that would fit our needs and walking us through every step. After we decided we were ready to start looking at houses in person Vicki arranged showings for us around our very hectic schedule. She managed to set them all up on the same day to make our lives easier. Vicki met us at the first property and walked us through every detail, she knew her information well and was as patient as could be. She never made us feel like we were rushed, even after I dragged her back and forth throughout the house telling her I would never live in the home (the home in which we purchased by the way). I could not make up my mind. Vicki was a blast and really made us feel like she was just as invested as us. Our home loan finally went through about a week ago and even after everything was submitted and her job was done, she is still messaging us to make sure that everything is working well for us and walking us through things that are in no way her job. Vicki has a great personality and truly is wonderful at her job. I would recomend Vicki to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy a house. Vicki was on top of things from the get go. Her communication and support through the process of selling our house was excellent. I could contact her anytime and she got back to me very quickly. I would recommend her highly.

She sold a house with problems in an economically depressed area, fairly quickly (less than 6 mo). I didn't see it selling till spring if then. Great job.
