It was such a pleasure to work with Victoria for both buying and selling my home in McAllen. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, honest, professional, and responsive. She was always incredibly patient in answering all of my questions, and she helped me understand all the details about what would otherwise be a very confusing and intimidating process. She is also one of the most kind people I have met in the valley-- a bright shining light of positivity. But most importantly, she has excellent business sense and helped me negotiate a great price for my property that was significantly more than I had initially hoped. I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone!

We met Victoria De La Fuente when we were looking into buying acreage in the Valley. We had to put the plans on relocating on hold for a little while. Although we had to sell an old home that belong to the family. We asked Victoria to help us with selling of it. She sold the house in a week but there was issues with the closing on the property. Victoria was on phone daily with the title company, land surveyors and anyone that could speed up the procees to get this property closed. As a single female buying a first home, I had no idea where to start. I contacted Victoria and from that first phone call, she walked me through every step of the homebuying process. She explained things in terms I could understand and gave me an estimated timeline of how long things should take. If there was a property I was interested in looking at, she would immediately make the arrangements to see it, sometimes that same day. She was very patient when I asked to see several of the same properties more than once so that I could finally make the best decision for me. I highly recommend Victoria because of her work ethic, commitment to her client, and her knowledge of the market. She definitely help a nervous first time homebuyer go through the process with ease.

A year ago I was ready to buy a house and contacted Victoria. Some of her qualities are punctuality, very knowledgeable, dedicated and professional. And in all honesty she will not just treat you as a Customer but as a friend.

She is like a friend when I started business with her as if she is s long time friend! She helps me in making my house saleable! Indeed it was sold right away ! Until Now we communicated with each other, I Found a friend in Her not because of the house only, she is a friend indeed! I recommend her already, I trust her , good rapport !
