Tessa has helped me purchase a few properties. One was a residential investment property, one was a commercial property, and one was raw land. She really did great follow up with the other agents who were difficult to get ahold of and communicate with. But she was persistent and we got it done! I'd use her again.

Vitessa not only sold our home in Nashville (1021 Maplewood Place) in 24 hours, but she found us a house exactly like what we were looking for in Watertown! She is now in the process of closing on my Dad's home in Nashville. If you want a professional who will give 150% to get the job done, Vitessa is the only Realtor to use!!

ViTessa stayed thru a long and at times stressful sale. Never pushed for a sale just to out. She found me offers much better than I thought I would get. Great negotiating on details with buyers. Will call her on future business.

If you want a realtor who gives 110%, this is the person for you! She is very creative and easy to work with. While our home did not sell, it was not due to efforts made by this realtor. She brought out new drone technology and literally worked harder than we did. The market in our area was repressed at the time and we could not be there to help due to family illness. She covered all the bases even though we were not able to help. Would highly recommend her. She spent a ton on advertising and open houses. She never gave up on our home - again we believe it was the market at the time - right during the housing bubble.

Vitessa is an excellent realtor. I found her to be available whenever I came in from out of state and willing to meet at the times and dates needed. She used her own vehicle to access areas in rural . I was highly satisfied with her service.
