Helped me negotiate with the seller, price negotiation. The commutation between us was very easy and it was easy to keep in touch with him. He was patient through the whole process, despite any hiccups I had with finances, he helped me through it all. He was very professional in the way he handled my buying of the house. Extremely friendly.

Wade is very knowledgeable about the entire CSRA area and the home buying process. I am a first time buyer and I am new to the area, so I was very happy with how he took the time to guide me through every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and was very responsive when I called, emailed or sent a text message. I am looking to buy another property in a few months and have already enlisted his services. I have also already recommended him to some of my co-workers and will continue to do so. I had a great experience and I am thankful that I came across Mr. Jackson.

If you need someone you can depend on and wont let you down Mr Wade Jackson is your man, If he can't help you he will not string you along this man is up front and very professional, I am not an easy person to please and he did his very best to put my mind and heart at ease found me a home that fit me just right, I give Mr Jackson 5 star's because he worked for it and really does deserve it. Wade was a great help in our search for a rental. He was very understanding with the fact that we lived out of state and worked accordingly with us. Highly recommended all around. Great guy and great at what he does !!!
