Walter was a great not just as a realt state person but a friend I was really happy to work with Walter I will recommend him to anyone that has a similar interest in That time I worked with Walter was a nice experience he explained how the process will work out before and after the closing date If I decide to get another house for sure I will look for Walter again

Walter is soft spoken, a great listener, respectful, kind and detailed. He answered every call, provided every paperwork needed, followed up to ensure every detail was in order. Walter familiarized himself with the intricate details of the property he was showing, so if there were any questions, he had the answer. His expertise and knowledge was on point. Walter made sure the client was always first and kept being positive about finding the "forever home". Walter is a joy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend Walter to anyone who is seeking a new home, property to buy or property to sell. He is the best.

As a first time home buyer, Walter truly guided me at a comfortable pace throughout the entire process. He certainly made sure my biggest wish of owning a pool wish was acquired. His negotiation skills helped the offer get approval under the seller’s asking price!!! All of my concerns were addressed quickly. He advocated tirelessly on my behalf regarding every small request I had. We made it to closing on schedule and even after the sale Walter continues to follow up with me to ensure all is well.

Walter was very pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable. He stayed on top of things to make sure my process went smoothly. His patience and willingness to go above and beyond was much appreciated. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend.
