    Working with Wendi was fabulous from start to finish. As a licensed real estate broker in Chico for 44 years I could have marketed the home myself but chose to find a Lake Almanor broker to sell our home. I felt that the right person would know the market, the agents and the area. Wendi was that right person!! She provided pricing options that accurately reflected the amenities of our property. Needless to say, she was able to get it sold at a much higher price than we had expected. She gave us immediate feedback on showings, negotiated skillfully with the buyers' agent, facilitated inspections and repairs promptly and made sure escrow closed on time. Two weeks on the market and twenty-one days to close escrow. She also helped us after close to return equipment to Dish and Frontier saving us extra trips up the hill. Couldn't recommend more highly. Five plus stars!!

    Megan helped our family purchase a lake house in Lake Almanor and we are so glad we had her represent us. She is very personable and easy to work with. She is very responsive, great communicator, and overall great realtor. I would highly recommend.

    Amazing, will respond back very quickly and eager to help! She is very reliable and very knowledgeable on the homes! I was viewing homes with another agent but I’m so glad I found Megan because I’ve been able to feel heard and feel prioritized with her, I’ll definitely be reccomending her to people and continue buying properties from her only

    We were in a unique situation in which we, the sellers, shared Megan Wylie as our real estate agent with the buyers. The situation came to pass when the buyers requested her as their agent, too. We agreed to that. I can only say that the process among all of us was seamless, thanks to Megan's objective and streamline handling, and the two parties responding with a sense of responsible accord. Megan has a deep and wide knowledge of the real estate profession and the local housing market. Her scheduling (timing) and communication skills are superb. Often, I would ask her questions to get clarification on a step in the process, and Megan's response was always considerate, immediate, clear and comprehensive.  An effective troubleshooter, she was able to toggle back and forth with us and the buyers to arrive at compromises that worked for both parties. Megan is truly gifted in the ability to weave social and professional skills, which enabled us to feel secure and reassured throughout the escrow timeline.  Ultimately, her focus was on bringing the transaction to a successful conclusion through objectivity, timeliness, attentiveness, communication, patience and perseverance. The transaction was indeed successful. We ended up meeting with the buyers to give them a tour of the property and how things worked. Megan was there as our shared agent. Conclusion: We were all more than satisfied with the outcome of selling and buying a treasured home. I highly recommend Megan.

    I’d actually give Mary 10 stars if I could. She went above and beyond and earned every last cent. She is extremely diligent, knowledgeable and not in it for “the deal”. Unbelievably helpful. We have used more that 20 agents over the years ( on the sell and buy side) and she was top notch. This was a purchase from out of town and she made it a breeze. no task was beneath her as she jumped in to help with diligence and contacts and projects above and beyond typical. Highly recommend Mary!!
