Wendy was absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond with everything. She was so proactive in her communication, and then also so responsive when we needed something or had any questions. She got us top dollar for our home, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Wendy Patton is a top-notch real estate professional, and wonderful to work with. From the first moment we talked, to the closing date, I found her to be hard-working, well-informed , and a very positive person. I wanted to sell my house of over thirty years, and move near my sister at the beach. I dreaded the process, but when Wendy came on board, she made everything a breeze. Within a short period of time, she found a condo in the very community I call "my dream location". Next, Wendy went to work on selling my house, and promoting it in all areas of advertising . There were 7 offers on the house after the 1st Open House. I was a little overwhelmed, but Wendy handled each offer and challenge that came along with patience and expertise , all the while holding my hand, and making sure I understood everything that was happening . She was never "pushy", assuring only that I had the information necessary to make an informed decision. Without Wendy, I wouldn't be "living the life" in my "dream location". Thanks Wendy! Wendy was an amazing agent that help me find my dream condo in St Augustine FL. Wendy was always available to talk and discuss opportunities in the real estate market.
