Wilbur is a very dedicated, personable, and efficient agent. Right after our first contact I knew that we were in good hands. We bought a short sale and it took several months to close, Wilbur was there guiding us and keeping the ball rolling throughout the entire process. His patience and dedication is what kept us going through this tedious process, when frustration made us want to bail out and look for another house. We recently moved into our short sale home and are very thankful for Wilbur and his expertise.

I have bought and sold homes several times and dealt with a lot of different agents. There is no question that Will is by far the finest. He was the first to respond to me. He understood what I was looking for and only showed me homes with my requirements. To Will the client comes first. Once the sale has been completed Will then took it upon himself to familiarize me with the Aiken area: shopping, events, restaurants and so forth. Clearly a total professional at his job.
