Brittany did an amazing job helping me as a first time home buyer. There was a lot I did not know when buying my first home, but when I would reach out for help or any questions I had she was very helpful, and patient with me.

Absolutely amazing- if you need a realtor, use Brittany! She helped us with owning our new home and selling a lot. Brittany showed us a property within a few days of reaching out and showing interest. She answered all of our questions and offered valuable guidance throughout the closing. She was also very flexible and made the process to owning our new home easy. Our lot was previously listed elsewhere for a year with little interest. We were also told that we made a bad investment and needed to take a significant loss in order to get any money back. Within a few days of Brittany listing our lot, we had a lot of interest and it was under contract in about a week after the listing. Brittany is an amazing realtor and person, if you have the opportunity to work with her I would highly recommend it.

Brittany was phenomenal! She was always available to answer questions for us, and she promptly scheduled showings once we found houses we were interested in. Brittany was a tremendous help with helping me find and purchase my house! She knows Aiken and Edgefield County very well and it shows. She quickly responded to my calls and texts and if she didn’t have an answer to a question, she was always able to find it. I would highly recommend her to help buy/sell your home.
