Abby and team were fantastic to work with! We were looking for a place for our son to live in while attending Iowa state. We were looking for a house or condo where he would have roommates. Abby guided us through the entire process start to finish! We looked at a lot of places. It was great that Abby knew the area, had done research on the property and was old point out things at the viewing that we had never even thought of! When we found the one we were excited and Abby once again led us through the offer process and the closing. Dennise was a key piece in making sure we knew everything about how and who to contact to set up utilities to also making sure we had the correct form for the homestead exemption too. We landed on a great place that our son and his roommate like and we have a great property for him to live in while there and with potential for us to keep as an investment when he’s done!!

Abby went above and beyond when I purhcased my first home this fall. Everything went very well and if there was even the slightest hiccup, she stepped in and smoothed everything over. She always gives 110% for her clients and I HIGHLY recommend using her as your agent!

We have worked with Abby on both the buyer and seller side and she absolutely does go the extra miles. She's smart, savvy, kind and an excellent negotiator. She communicates well and promptly, works long hours to do her job, and surprises us with occasional sweet little client gifts on our doorstep even two years after our home purchase. We love Abby!

Abby absolutely goes the extra mile - and more. We looked at dozens of houses and she always offered valuable insights, ideas, and cautions that I would never have thought about. I never doubted that she had my back - and that my backside was covered! She ultimately fought (white) tooth & (manicured) nail for me, expertly, gently, working with reluctant FSBO sellers to come to reasonable terms and finally sell their house after having it listed for over 8 months. For that, and for her dedication, expertise, advice, good humor and so much more, I am eternally grateful to Abby for getting me Home - at last.
