Misty, was an excellent real estate agent to work with to sell our home in Boone, IA. From, the beginning she was very transparent and always had our best interest in mind. In the beginning Misty came to our house and walked us through the selling process from the start of the process to the end of selling our home. Next, after we decided to put our house on the market she came and walked through our house room by room to help give suggestions for updates and help stage the home. She worked with an excellent photographer and had stunning pictures and a video to show our home. Misty helped us manage home showings and an open house with zero flaws. Lastly, Misty helped walk us through multiple offers and was able to explain the details of each offer. Misty was very responsive via text messaging, email, and phone calls and made the home selling process very easy for us! Thank you Misty for your hard work, we appreciated it!
