Stephanie was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. She did a great job helping to find the perfect property for our buyers and worked tirelessly to do so. On top of that, she was able to negotiate a seller credit for the buyers and got them an amazing deal. I would highly recommend Stephanie for all real estate needs!

Stephanie did an amazing job throughout the entire process when purchasing my townhouse in February. When we first started looking for homes, my location and price ranges were both tremendous. Stephanie very patiently, because I'm a difficult person, helped me narrow down my scope and find a great home in a great area. Throughout the closing process, Stephanie meticulously handled every detail and maintained communication with the seller for a flawless transaction. I've purchased numerous homes in the past and this by far was the smoothest real estate transaction I have ever experienced. She was present during every significant event from the showing to the closing desk and maintains communication with me to this day to ensure I have no issues or questions. She truly cares about her clients and continues to do a remarkable job. Stephanie is a true real estate professional with an amazing outgoing personality and I will recommend her to anyone buying real estate in the Tampa area. I also need to mention that her network of professionals from Homeowners Insurance (Manny) and Finance (Justin) are outstanding as well.

Stephanie was the best realtor we could ask for. My wife and I have only been in Tampa for 3 going on 4 years and decided to purchase our first home in south tampa. Neither of us had any experience purchasing a home so we were kind of nervous about the whole process, but thankfully Stephanie helped us through each step and was there with us the whole way and helped calm our nerve. We are both so grateful for finding Stephanie during our search for our new home. Now we do not know many realtors in the area but I think I can confidently say she is by far one of the best. Stephanie was amazing. This being my first home, I wasn't 100% sure of the process and everything that went into it. Stephanie was very knowledgable and super patient the whole time. She truly cares about her clients and helped me every step of way. I would absolutely recommend her to anybody interested in purchasing/selling a home.
